Physical Instructor and Training SCOTT BECKETT will be there to help us incorporate excercise in a simple way.

Elaine Moore (Local CHIP Program Leader) asked him to show how we can get the most benefit from the least amount of time...After all there is more to live than excercise!!!!

This is for everyone and don't be intimidated by his Occupation. He is sensible and makes it sooo simple.

$5.00 / person that evening
(...to help pay him a little more than just gas money as he comes from Port Alberni.)

Also PLEASE bring family and friends. We would like to see a lot of people benefiting from this evening. Dress casual and if you have stretch ropes or a ball, bring it along. Last time those who wanted could try out some things.
