ANNUAL MEN’S RETREAT
“THE FATHER’S BLESSING”
Abraham received God's blessing and his faithfulness
has blessed the entire world through his heir,
the Son of God. Jacob stole his father's blessing
thinking that was the greatest blessing he
could receive, but later he wrestled with
God crying out, "I will not let you go
unless You bless me." Jesus before he
started His ministry that culminated on the
cross was baptized in the Jordan, and heard
those words, "This is my beloved Son
in who I am well pleased." Those words
blessed His life and helped keep Him faithful.
Every man needs the blessing that only God
can give him. Every son needs his father's
blessing. We can only give what we receive.
The 3rd annual, "Men of Hope" men's
convention challenges you to receive "The
Father's Blessing".
Convention Guests:
Willie
Oliver, a dynamic presenter who serves
as Director of Family Ministries for the North
America Division, (which includes responsability
for Men's ministries.)
Willie and his wife, Elaine, are the directors
of "From This Day Forward" marriage
conferences. His responsibilities take him
to many places in North America challenging
men and women to a greater commitment to God,
their creator.
Bryan
Gallant, his first two children died
in 1994. Since that time, God has been re-breaking
and reforming him day by day. Bryan now works
with various groups to reach out to muslins
and to equip Adventists to do the same. His
driving goal is to urge others into a deep,
transforming walk with God like Enoch had
